  • Do you provide a warranty on my vehicles repairs?

    • Freeway offers a lifetime waranty on all it's repairs.​

  • How long does it take to repair my vehicle?

    • It depends on the amount of damage, required parts, availability of parts, as well as unseen damage after tear down. We will provide you with the best time frame we can and provide you with updates throughout the repair process.

  • Do I need more than one estimate?

    • No you can choose your repair facility and let them take care of the rest. We deal with all insurance companies on your behalf.​

  • What if my vehicle is not driveable?

    • Contact us and we can recommend a trustworthy towing company to have your vehicle brought to us. All the vehicles are stored inside our shop and storage building during non-working hours.​

  • What if I don't have rental coverage?

    • We offer free loaners​ to our customers. We have a variety of vehicles to meet your needs.

  • Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

    • Stop by anytime during business hours for a free estimate. 

  • When can I drop off my vehicle?

    • Anytime during business hours.

    • Off hours we have a key drop at our back door.
